Online customization is a self-service process. The customer is solely responsible for the final design they create or upload to the platform. Files are printed exactly as submitted, without adjustments, enhancements, color corrections, technical review, or content verification by our company. In the event that the design has low resolution, spelling errors, incorrect proportions, colors different from what was expected, or any technical or visual flaw, these will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Because printing is digital on cardboard, normal variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. No changes, modifications, or returns are accepted once an order is placed, as these are customized products created according to the customer's specifications. The customer declares that they own the usage rights for the designs they upload; the company does not store or retain files after production and is not responsible for claims arising from the content provided. Our commitment is to deliver the requested quantity under this direct printing process, but we do not guarantee subjective satisfaction with the final design.
